ART MENU

To use Audio Response Teller (ART) follow these easy steps:

  1. Call ART at 393-2266 or 1-800-950 5228, Option 1.

  2. Enter your Linn Area member number followed by the # sign.

  3. Enter your 4 digit personal access code.

  4. Listen to the instructions and enter a 2 digit action code (shown below)

Enter 99 for Help using the system
Enter 98 to end your call

Once you’re familiar with ART, you can easily bypass the instructions and go directly to the service you desire. You don’t need to wait for the end of the message to input an option. Simply press the appropriate number once the prompt begins.

Share Types - Each of your deposit accounts is identified by a share type. When accessing account information or transferring funds, you will need to enter the specific share type for the account. They are as follows:

00 Share Savings
01-09 Additional Savings Accounts*
10 Share Draft Checking
20 Christmas Club
24-25 Escrow Accounts*
30-59 Certificates of Deposit*
60-89 IRA Certificates*
90-94 Variable Rate IRA’s*
95-99 Money Market*

*See your account receipts or statements for the specific share type number on these accounts or call a Member Service Representative at 378-0101, Option 0 or 1-800-950-5228, Option 0.

Action Codes

Note: To exit an option and return to the main menu, press the # button twice.

Transaction

10 Transfer funds from Share Savings/Share Draft Checking to Share Savings/Share Draft Checking
11 Transfer funds from Share Savings/Share Draft Checking to Loan.
12 Withdraw Cashiers Check from Share Savings (Cashiers check will be sent to your mailing address).
