Director of Consumer Lending
We are seeking a highly motivated professional who is responsible for leading our consumer loan team to achieve success. Essential skills include the ability to coach staff to achieve sales and service goals while maintaining a high commitment to member service. The successful candidate will: communicate effectively, possess great project management and organizational skills, lead by example, and thoroughly understand a positively productive and engaging retail team environment. Must have a college degree with 2-5 years experience in lending. This is a fulltime benefited position within a dynamic Credit Union.
